This work should never be done alone.
Community and relationships are a protective factor in this work, not to mention an ethical obligation! Professional clinical consultation helps you strengthen your practice, work in community and manage compassion fatigue and burn out from your more complex cases.
What We Offer
Whether you’re a newly licensed therapist or a seasoned clinician, clinical consultation provides a collaborative, nonjudgmental space to consider where you’re stuck, and new ideas to deepen the care you are currently providing.
Our focus is to help you deepen your understanding and confidence in working with LGBTQIA+ clients and other marginalized communities. We center transference and countertransference dynamics to make deeper meaning of your working alliance.
Why Choose Affirmative Consultation?
