I support people in reigniting their passion to explore and grow in their own authentic ways.

What is it like working with me:

My practice looks to explore both your internal and external world to gain a sense of ownership and authenticity over them. Using an affirmative approach, I take the time to listen to the different histories, relationships, and facets that make up who you are. By exploring the mosaic that makes up who you are, we can look forward to who you want to be.

I take a psychoanalytic and experiential approach to allow us both to explore the relationship between our unconscious dynamics and relational patterns. By being in an environment where one can explore each of our rich and complex histories we can begin to recognize our own ability to change.

My work centers the belief that the past, present, and future are intertwined and come up both in and outside of the therapy room. Through slowing down, recognizing and working through our history we can look to unlock your authentic self together.

My community and clinical work leaves me especially attuned to working with:

  • LGBTQIA+ young adults
  • Asian American and Pacific Islander (AAPI) Queer and Trans People
  • People experiencing life transitions (starting college, new careers, relationship status changes, gender transition, etc.)
  • Adults seeking to change long-standing relationship patterns (dating the same types of people, self-sabotage, relationship issues, etc.)
